Bed and Breakfast Style

The large patio has two gas fire-pits and a covered breeze-way. There are several sitting areas so guests have the option to mingle with others or to relax on their own. The common Southwestern living room is always available, where guests can find videos, back-packs, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs.....and so much more.

Not Fancy....Fabulous! is the best way to describe the Cozy Cactus, with its "Territorial Eclectic" interior and "Hacienda Bunkhouse" exterior; this is how the architect described it when he envisioned his large turquoise gates with knotty pine poles.

Locally or Family Owned Business Notes

Have you ever woken-up thinking, "what am I doing with my life?"  We did, and in 2008 we decided to buy a B&B in Sedona.  We were living in Mesa, Arizona – Mark (originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but moved to Scottsdale, AZ in the 60′s) was writing an American History Book, after spending time as a Social Studies High School Teacher, Carrie (originally from Las Cruces, NM, but moved to Tempe, AZ in the 70′s) was traveling the friendly skies full-time with her corporate job; it was time for a change!  We (mainly Carrie) went on the internet, searched on "Sedona B&B for sale", up came the Cozy Cactus and the rest is history.  Our lovable Margarita Rox (lab-mix) has passed on, but we are so very happy to introduce "Tequila", our 2014 rescue puppy, as the Hostess with the Mostess.

ADA Accessibility Notes

The Cozy Cactus does not offer ADA accessibility. The Bloomin' Cactus room has been enjoyed by many guests who were physically challenged.

Pet Friendly Notes

All guest rooms are pet free, but everyone is welcome to love on Tequila.
