Ranch Activities Available
This is a non-working ranch surrounded by larger working ranches. Next door is a privately owned training facility which specializes in ground training, roping and barrel racing.
Horse back riding outfits available in the valley for hire and trail rides.
Interstate 17 to HWY 260 exit.
HWY 260 East ( towards Payson) 4 miles.
Right on Quarter Horse, right past the Verde River Bridge.
go to end of Quarter Horse Lane and turn right at West Grippen Lane.
Private, paved road. The Ranch House signage is on the right.
We are known for our rich, agricultural farming which is irrigated from private ditch canals streaming from the Verde River. We are an amazing green, rich, lush pocket in an arid, high desert region of Arizona.
Horse ranches and livestock abound on large acreage parcels.
Folks come from all over the state to our Farmer's Markets and our famous Corn Festival.
